About This Course
The ‘Training workshops for academic and administrative staff’ is one of the tasks of Work Package 2 Curriculum and Hubs Development. These workshops have been designed in order to present the best practices, standards and methodologies in midwifery education developed by the SafeMa consortium, the content of SafeMa model for excellence, as well as the SafeMa courses in two rounds of delivery. The training workshops are intended to educate the academic staff of Cambodian and Vietnamese Universities that will be involved in the delivery of SafeMa Course, as well as the administrative staff that will have to manage and work at the SafeMa Hubs.
The training workshops aimed to inspire and encourage the implementation of the SafeMa model for excellence through the specific SafeMa strategies developed by the Partner Countries. Throughout these trainings the Asian HEIs had the opportunity to raise awareness regarding the SafeMa activities and outputs, as well as empower the administrative staff with competencies and skills.
